To ensure quality assurance of officiating, and to assist with calendar planning and programming, clubs and organisations are required to submit a list of their proposed meets (pool and open water) to CIASA for CIASA sanction ahead of each competitive cycle. For on island swimming performances to be considered for records, rankings and selection purposes, meets must be sanctioned by CIASA.
